Abasiekeme Abasiekong AKA Abbas Bigtinz is an emerging force in Nigeria’s music industry, celebrated for his captivating rhythms and expressive vocals. Blending Afrobeats with pop influences, he continues to carve out a distinctive sound that is quickly gaining attention. Beyond music, Abbas Bigtinz is a multidisciplinary contemporary artist whose creative practice examines themes of memory, place, and social change. His work spans visual art, installation, and community-focused projects, reflecting a deep connection to everyday experiences and the stories hidden within familiar spaces. Born in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, Abbas Bigtinz is currently based in Lagos, where he lives and works. He released his debut album, Like Me, on June 20, 2021, under Dope City Entertainment. This was followed by his debut single Lock Down under the BMB. In 2020, he earned a Higher National Diploma in Estate Management. Through a research-oriented approach, Abbas Bigtinz explores how individual and shared histories influence identity, often highlighting underrepresented voices and environments.
